Basic Art
Individual
and group classes at Art Iza Way
provide a way for you to
 experience the flow of your own inner,
creative spirit and the vibration of
your essential, divine nature. We like to take time to dive deep
into the process! As such, 1.5 - 2 hours is the minimum
recommended time depending on the class, with Muizart classes
extending to half day (4 hours).
Individual and group classes are scheduled by appointment.
Please call Art Iza Way at 720.904.1070 to schedule an
appointment with Mitch Rosacker and/or Suzy Hess. We are
flexible and are glad to discuss scheduling and fees with you.
Fees are: $30 per hour for a private, individual class,
$18 per hour for a group class of two or more people.
Basic Art classes are usually held at 676 Bryant Street, and
Vital Music classes are next door at 678 Bryant Street. Large
group classes are generally held at 678 Bryant.
There is parking in the front (you can park in the loading
zone), as well as in back of the building.
We are also happy to customize multiple class packages for you
or your group at a reduced rate. This provides an opportunity to
participate in an extended number of classes at a lesser cost.

Music with Suzy Hess
 Vital
Music is the name of the contemplative music and sound practices
that I offer at Art Iza Way.
Vital Music amplifies our own vibrating divine inner resonance
and tunes us to our true essential nature. Vital Music is a
simple and easy approach to music listening and music making
that is accessible and beneficial for everyone.
During a Vital Music class you will be welcomed with a nice cup
of tea in the beautiful and peaceful environment of
Art Iza Way. After
conversation, a time of contemplation and meditation is offered
as we turn our awareness inward and prepare for going deeply
into the music. From this inner connection, we spend time in
focused music listening or contemplative music making, inviting
natural, creative inner wisdom to arise and resonate. Then we
allow time to anchor the music experience with drawing or
journaling, providing a way of remembrance.
Classes
The following are themes we can explore in a Vital Music class:
- Music Journey
Focused music listening as a way of connecting to deep inner
wisdom
- Sounding the Image
Playing simple music as a way of deepening into art &
symbolism
- Inner Resonance
Toning and chanting as a way of clearing and opening vital
energy
- Chakras & Color
Sounding with colored light as a way of energizing each chakra
- Mantra Practice
Sanskrit sound repetition as a way of focusing the intention
of the heart
- Five Elements Music
as an inner balancing of the Five Elements of Ayurveda
We can combine the elements of these classes as we follow the
energy that is present during the creative process. These
classes are offered in private or group settings.
Fee
$30 per hour for private classes
$18 per hour for group classes (2 or more)
Classes are scheduled by appointment. The recommended minimum

| Muizart
 Muizart is a wonderful blend of meditation, Basic Art, Vital
Music and contemplation as a practice of spiritual awareness.
This practice is very easy and natural. Everyone can do it, and
you dont need any prior experience with either music or art.
Muizart invites you to lie back, relax into your cushion, and
allow the music to take you on an inner journey. As you flow in
the river of music, you will very naturally connect with and
experience your own inner creative wisdom. By releasing
expectations and relaxing into your experience as it unfolds,
you invite inspiration to flow. We allow plenty of time for this
journey and you will be supported throughout.
From this place of relaxed awareness and connection to our
creative center we move to the art table, where colors and
shapes flow as natural expressions of the music journey. Then we
sit with the art and receive what it offers to us. We also play
simple instruments, such as drums, bells, singing bowls, and
chimes allowing sound to deepen our connection to the image.
Muizart is a journey into the essence of who we really are. It
is an opportunity to go on a spiritual retreat, reconnect with
our true nature, and awaken the joy and wonder in our life.
Fee
$90 - for an individual Muizart experience (half day /4
hours)
Introductory rate: with both Mitch and Suzy
Ongoing rate: with either Mitch or Suzy
$48 - for a group Muizart experience (half day /4 hours)
We like to offer Muizart together as an opportunity to meet
both of us and to have a full art and music experience, and
recommend this for your first time. After that, you can continue
with one or the other of us, or purchase a package that includes
both of us. Muizart classes are scheduled by appointment. You
can bring a friend and get the group rate. We are flexible and
will be glad to discuss fees and scheduling with you. We also
offer multiple lesson packages at a reduced rate, please
