Basic Art is a combination of meditation , contemplation, music, and art making. It is a very simple process that anyone can do and everyone can benefit from.
During a Basic Art class you will be welcomed with a nice cup of tea in a relaxing environment. Guided meditation will follow allowing us to settle in and turn our awareness inward. From this place of relaxed awareness and connection to our creative center, we allow colors and shapes to flow very naturally. Then we sit with what has arrived and receive what it offers to us, inviting this inner expression to inform and enrich our lives.
